Development Project Structure

We are flexible on how projects “happen” but experience has taught us to try and stick as far as possible to the following structure:

1. You provide a detailed design document telling us exactly what you need.
2. We provide an estimated project cost (based on our hourly rate of US$80), start date and delivery date.
3. If you agree to that, we draw up a detailed agreement.
4. Upon signing the agreement, you make the first payment, which is 50% of the total agreed amount.
5. We develop the website.
6. When the website is complete, you pay the outstanding 50% of the total agreed amount.
